FACULTY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE: Part-Time Lecturer Pool Position: POSITION AVAILABLE : One or more temporary, part-time lecturers for a pool from which instructors will be considered for appointments as they become available for Fall Semester 2026, and/or Spring Semester 2027. THE DEPARTMENT : The Department of Computer Science has 12 full-time faculty members, with a wide range of backgrounds and interests. The faculty is committed to teaching its undergraduate and Master’s level students. In a typical semester, the Department will offer over 30 undergraduate and about 20 graduate classes. Classes are offered both in the day and evening, online and in-person. Classes are generally small, with many opportunities for faculty-student contact. The Department offers a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Computer Science. Currently, there are more than 800 undergraduate majors and over 200 students in the M.S. program.
