Description Summary: The Assistant Provost for Academic Advising and Student Success will provide strategic leadership and management focused on improving undergraduate academic advising and overseeing academic policies and processes to enhance student success from enrollment to graduation. This position will provide administration of day-to-day operations and oversee the advising process, manage a reduced caseload for advising students, participate in registration and other enrollment management activities, provide advisor training and development, conduct ongoing assessment efforts, and develop and execute systems and programs for students related to academic advising. This position will work with the Associate Provost of Academic Affairs, the Vice President of Student Experience, Executive Director of Health & Wellness, Registrar, and International Student Services among others to identify and implement innovative models and programs, develop policies and offer support to advisors and departments.
