The Patient Service Center Phlebotomist works in a Patient Service Center (draw station) located in a Beth Israel Lahey Health - Primary Care practice, or in a dedicated office suite in a medical office building, or in a doctor’s office. In this role, you will perform specimen collections, provide exceptional customer service, and be the face and voice of the BILH Laboratories to patients. Job Description: Primary Responsibilities: - Maintains adequate staffing levels and efficient, effective workflow and scheduling.
