Description Get to know Thompson!: Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and has grown into an organization operating across the Carolinas, Florida Tennessee and Kentucky. Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses three domains: prevention, mental health services and foster care. All Thompson programs are trauma-informed and evidence-based/evidence-informed with the intention of building resilience in our clients (ages 0-18) and their families, both virtually and in person. What will you do as a Licensing Support Staff? - As a Licensing Support Staff in the Foster Care department, you will provide administrative, recruitment, outreach, and data support to ensure licensing processes are organized, accurate, and moving efficiently while delivering trauma-informed, high-quality customer service to applicants, foster parents, and internal partners. - A typical day as a Licensing Support Staff will include supporting recruitment and outreach efforts, contacting prospective applicants, assisting with orientations or events, organizing and maintaining licensing files, entering and tracking data in internal syst...
