Overview Long Prairie Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an Employee Engagement Coordinator at our Long Prairie, MN plant. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours. - Create announcements. - Coordinate and organize engagement events. - Facilitate team building activities. - Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. - Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture. - Cultivate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events. - Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement. - Facilitating surveys to gather employees’ feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels - Identify trends and insights to optimized engagement. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
