Title: Clinical Pharmacist Specialist Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Pharmacy Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: Variable (United States of America) Summary: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to provide clinical pharmacy services primarily for ambulatory oncology patients. Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will be primarily responsible for medication management of patients in ambulatory setting and for ensuring safe and effective medication use, including chemotherapy, chemotherapy orders review and verification, medication therapy management including symptom management, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient and patient’s caregivers education. Clinical Pharmacist Specialist also will serve as a drug information resource to medical team and be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy programs and various quality, safety, and cost savings initiatives.
