Job Summary: Reporting to the EVP and Chief Financial Officer, Axel André, the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations will have direct responsibility for all of RGA’s financial communications, including day-to-day contact with analysts and investors, quarterly earnings releases, and investor presentations. This individual will work closely with the CFO and other members of the executive leadership team to communicate the company’s strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives in a way that creates clarity, consistency and widespread understanding among investors (current and potential) and sell-side analysts.
