Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Acts as a mentor to engineers, specialists, and technicians. 2. Serve as a technical expert in the design and application of SEL equipment and solutions in a focus areas*. 3. Researches, innovates, and develops new solutions and\or processes. 4. Review\approve\complete scopes, budgets, and schedules for assigned work at the highest level of quality. 5. Project Manage\develop processes\lead in training and assist customers with the creation, design, configuration, validation, review, installation, commissioning, and operation of engineered solutions. 6. Responsible for environmental, health and safety leadership, maintaining a safe workplace, safety awareness and training, accident investigations and reporting, and implementing safe and environmentally sound work practices. 7. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. 8. Understand. Create. Simplify. 9. Other duties as assigned.
