In the role as Senior Technical Service Supervisor/ Team leader you will be responsible for all communication between internal and external customer and the field service team. You will be the first point of contact for all kind of technical related issues. This will include: people management for field service engineers, escalations with customer, negotiations, price quotations, service contracts, tender support as well as building customer relationships.
