This Opportunity WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President to support and grow our Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance services across the Northeast. This position is located in our Shelton or Glastonbury, CT offices, however other northeast offices would be considered. This role is intended for a seasoned compliance specialist who can independently manage complex compliance projects, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and mentor junior staff while contributing to continued business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with regional and national compliance leaders, supporting a wide range of industrial, commercial, energy, and infrastructure clients. Your Impact: The Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Specialist will: - Serve as a technical lead and project manager for multi-media environmental compliance programs. - Manage and execute compliance projects involving air, water, waste, stormwater, SPCC, EPCRA, TRI, RCRA, TSCA, and state-specific programs. - Interpret and apply federal, state, and local environmental regulations, with an emphasis on Northeast regulatory frameworks. - Prepare and review regulatory reports, permits, compliance...
