The Team and Role: Logitech Operations Talent Development Program-FY27 Global Operations Organization: Program Profile: This eighteen month rotational program offers candidates the chance to immerse themselves in various areas of the operations in order to build the skills and find their passion Upon successful completion of minimum two rotations or before completion of eighteen months, candidates will be assigned to permanent roles within the Global Operations Team. During the rotation candidates will be engaged in projects as well as regular assignments in one one of the following functions - Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Global Operations Strategy & Transformation, Quality and Value Engineering. Typical projects could include: Predictive Analytics in Demand and Supply Planning to improve accuracy and inventory to impact Sales. Inventory optimization Projects at Warehouse and Retailers.
