We have an opportunity for a Rehabilitation Assistant to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Duties of this role include: - Work collaboratively with nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy teams to deliver rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient needs. - Assist with mobility and positioning, including the safe use of hoists and mobility aids. - Help patients engage in purposeful activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional recovery. - Support patients and service users to access appointments, leisure, and community-based activities. - Act as a key worker for ass...
