We’re seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our agency. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play an essential role in shaping their experience and supporting the seamless day-to-day operations of our office. You’ll work closely with our Property Management, Leasing, Accounts, and Administration teams , contributing to a positive and efficient work environment where client care and attention to detail are always top priorities. The role would be from Monday-Friday, 9AM - 2PM. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and warmth - Prepare and draft emails, agreements, and documentation as required - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, archiving, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain an organised key register and structured filing systems - Oversee the presentation and organisation of reception, office, and meeting areas to ensure a professional environment - Assist with office coordination and meeting room management - Support the team in the preparation of open homes and other property activities About You: - Previous exper...
