JOB TITLE Retail Shift Leader I REPORTS TO Retail Store Manager DIVISION Donated Goods FLSA Non‐Exempt Summary Assists the Retail Store Manager and Retail Assistant Store Manager in the operation and management of a retail center by performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members.
