About the Role: We are seeking a Managing Director, Fundraising Strategy & Operations to lead the strategy, systems, and operational infrastructure that powers fundraising performance across the organization. Reporting to the VP, Foundations & Resource Development Operations, this role serves as a central leader across Resource Development. You will align teams to a unified strategy, build scalable processes, and ensure consistent performance through strong data, systems, and execution. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into action and enable enterprise-wide revenue growth.
