SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead – Automotive Plant Launch - Hybrid Role Summary: DXC is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead to support an automotive organization in the design, deployment, and stabilization of SAP PM capabilities for a greenfield manufacturing plant. This role is hands-on and onsite, working directly with maintenance teams to transition from interim processes (e.g., Excel-based tracking) to a fully integrated SAP PM environment aligned with plant operations. Key Responsibilities: PM Implementation & Execution: plans, and work order processes - Lead configuration and deployment of SAP PM for plant operations - Translate existing templates into plant-specific execution models - Define and implement functional locations, equipment master data, maintenance Shop Floor Enablement: workflows - Work onsite with maintenance teams to guide system usage and validate - Replace manual processes with SAP-based execution Integration with Operations: - Align PM with spare parts, procurement, and warehouse operations - Support integration with external MRO systems Validation & Readiness: - Support pre-production validation of maintenance processes - Ensure PM sup...
