Community Support Team Leader- provides direct therapeutic services to adults with MH/SU needs in the community, supervises team of dedicated staff (QP, LCAS, PSS, CADC), navigates community systems to address social determinants of health, works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team; and provides crisis services when needed. Location: Caldwell and Burke Counties Schedule: Flexible based on needs of individuals served; 40 hours per week; some on call rotation required Salary: Dependent on licensure and experience; $62,000-$66,000 Provisionally licensed; $67,000-$72,000 Fully licensed Job Responsibilities: Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, and individual therapy to adults in the community.
