Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY – the global leader in opening solutions, is a Shipping & Scheduling Manager to lead our shipping operations and support production scheduling at our Mocksville, NC plant. This hands-on leadership role is critical to ensuring customer orders are shipped safely, accurately, and on time—while also translating customer demand into achievable production schedules. This position serves as a key coordination point between Shipping, Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain , driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant. What You’ll Do: Shipping & Logistics Leadership: - Lead and support daily shipping operations, ensuring proper staffing and dock execution. - Coordinate carrier pickups across parcel, LTL, FTL, and expedited freight. - Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading to standard work. - Oversee shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and labels. - Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, or shortages. - Partner with Customer Service on delivery issues, priority shipments, and reshipments. - Track and report shipping KPIs; lead root-cause problem solving and...
