Job Description: The Production Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the network infrastructures of multiple customers within a shared services team. He/She operates and maintains LAN/WAN, datacenter and security components in a 24/7 production environment, handles complex incidents (L2/L3), and implements changes and upgrades.
