What You'll Do At Monteith: The Project Accountant works with project teams to fulfill the project accounting and cost-reporting requirements of commercial construction projects around the area. - With project team, work to manage overall costs as they relate to the budget - Assist in trade partner payables as well as manage accounts receivable - Administer and control General Conditions costs and review purchase orders and check requests - Assist project teams with monthly job cost analysis and forecasts - Analyze revenue and profitability of each project - Obtain and maintain new credit accounts for material suppliers - Maintain accounts with utility providers for project teams - Gather sales tax-related cost for each project and facilitate recording and reporting Experience You Should Have: - A degree in acco...
