Under the direct supervision of the principal, and as part of the Education Support Services Team (ESST), the Behaviour Intervention Mentor (BIM) assists in the planning and implementation of direct services to students through evidence-based interventions and strategies to develop a positive learning environment for all. In addition to direct support of students, duties will also include supporting teachers through the modelling of tier 1 strategies for the classroom environment.
