Description LTL Manager – Brokerage Division: Competitive Base Salary plus Variable Compensation Position Overview: The LTL Manager will lead a team of LTL Specialists within our Brokerage Division, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role is responsible for strengthening carrier and customer relationships, optimizing processes through technology and analytics, and expanding our LTL service capabilities to deliver best-in-class results.
