PIPESTONE is looking for a Farm Maintenance Technician to support daily repairs, equipment operation, and overall facility upkeep across our swine operations. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our farms running efficiently—working closely with the manager and team to complete quality work and maintain safe, functional facilities. What You’ll Do: - Assist with general repairs and maintenance across the farm - Operate equipment such as tractors and payloaders - Support composting procedures - Perform outdoor upkeep including snow removal and lawn care - Assist with transport washing as needed What You Bring: - 1+ year of mechanical or maintenance experience - Willingness to learn equipment operation and repair work - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and solve problems Work Environment: Valid driver’s license required (must meet MVR standards) Apply today or share with someone who enjoys hands-on work and keeping operations running strong! - Rural, agricultural swine environment - Must be comfortable with physical labor and varying conditions
