ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Staffing / Recruiting Assistant to join our team supporting the Pantex Plant ! This position is full-time and will be based out of Amarillo, Texas with hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities: Assists management with the hiring process. Coordinates candidate interviews, scheduling candidate travel and onboarding process. Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team. Tracks requisitions and candidates, new employee orientation, and managing candidate relationships. Performs general personnel/clerical tasks and support areas such as employee records, benefits, staffing, and compensation. Maintains accurate employee data in the Applicate Tracking System (ATS) and Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), and employee's official Human Resources (HR) records. Effectively interface with individuals of all levels of the organization. Requirements: Education & Years of Experience – High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience.
