Primary Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction & Project Oversight: - Manage the customer experience and ensure overall project satisfaction - Compile and resolve punch list items - Perform final walk-throughs with customers - Secure signed Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Satisfaction from customers - Manage all warranty activities Project Initiation: - Evaluate and sell projects - Educate customers on the construction process Project Planning: - Identify and document project scope of work - Create and review estimates - Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate - Review budgets and project timelines - Ensure proper permits are acquired Project Execu...
