Job Summary mPulse is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer (AWS) to support and optimize our cloud infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing AWS environments, ensuring system reliability, improving performance, and driving cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with DevOps, SRE, and Security teams to maintain a secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environment. This position plays a key role in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident response to support production systems and client-facing services. Responsibilities: - Deploy, monitor, and support cloud infrastructure in AWS environments - Manage multi-account AWS environments using best practices (e.g., Organizations, IAM) - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK) - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across compute, network, and storage layers - Drive cost optimization initiatives using tools such as AWS Budgets and Cost Explorer - Maintain and improve backup and disaster recovery processes - Partner...
