Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

Work with campus Director of Maintenance to monitor and direct the daily activities of the electrical maintenance department. Effectively plan, execute and monitor preventive/predictive maintenance activities and ensure that projects and/or work orders are properly planned and executed. Principal Activities: - Manage all Electrical projects for the campus and is responsible for the overall financial results of the projects assigned ensuring that the safety, profitability, production and quality goals are met and/or exceeded. - Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and scopes for purchase orders and subcontract - Oversee delegation and assignment of daily corrective, electrical, preventive and predictive repairs for assigned shift. - Assist the campus Director of Maintenance plan large maintenance activities, such as predictive maintenance work, projects and planned downtime. Ensure proper parts, labor and work instructions are available for this work - Contact vendors and outside contractors for parts, supplies, labor support and information as needed to enable the Maintenance Department to support production. - Provide consistent feedback to employees regarding job task performa...
