As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll drive AI & human collaboration and enterprise-grade scale for a platform that powers millions of interactions for 300k global customers. Help us define the future of frictionless channel activation across voice, messaging, email, and apps. What You’ll Do: - Lead and grow several engineering teams in HubSpot’s Omnichannel Product Group - You’ll deliver high-quality, scalable platform and product experiences that support all of HubSpot’s core hubs. - Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap priorities. - Establish and uphold a high-performance engineering culture, including strong technical standards and accountability, performance management, and career development. - Contribute hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture and participating in critical technical dis...
