MO-REMOTE Worker Type: Regular Job Summary: Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Impacts a range of customers that primarily include the operational end-users and informational technology areas. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures. - Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support. Escalates issues appropriately to application team members. - Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts. - Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports. - Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations. - Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes. - Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes.
