Job description

The ICT Systems Administrator is responsible for the operation, administration, and support of enterprise ICT systems within complex Defence and Government environments. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role ensures the availability, performance, security, and integrity of server, network, and cloud infrastructure supporting critical operational services. Based in Canberra, this position contributes to the sustainment and optimisation of ICT environments through effective systems administration, proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and participation in lifecycle management activities including upgrades, migrations, and configuration management.
