Weld Robot Operator

Job description

As a Weld Robot Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds efficiently and safely to build equipment that is dedicated to the rugged and challenging terrain of the forestry industry. Location: 1556 Industrial Road, Cambridge: Dedicated Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday - Friday Job Duties: - Set up the robotic welding equipment, loading welding programs, selecting appropriate welding parameters, and ensure that the welding fixtures are properly positioned and secured for welding - Monitor and troubleshoot the robot to ensure that the welds are applied accurately and consistently according to specifications - Inspect welds visually and use appropriate measuring tools to verify that they meet quality specifications.
