About the Role: We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-minded PFEP Team Leader – Breaking Room to join our team at our Minchinbury site. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting team performance, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate team members in the Breaking Room - Execute the daily production plan as directed by the Supervisor - Complete daily checklists and pre-operational hygiene documentation - Report equipment downtime and ensure machinery is operated safely - Support continuous improvement in WH&S, QA, and HACCP compliance - Train team members on correct processes, including lifting techniques and safe machinery use - Oversee cleaning,...
