Job description

SMX is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst with a mastery of DoD contract execution and contract administration to support a government client at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. As the Senior Contract Analyst, you will be part of a weapons system development and fielding team, providing contractual support and advice to the Business Chief, Project Manager and other Sr Army Officials. This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days per week onsite. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Drafting Contract Requirements Packages for weapon system production-oriented contracts and engineering services contracts for high-dollar efforts - Preparing and staffing Justification and Approvals for Sole Source, Acquisition Plans, Service Acquisition Strategies and Functional Requirements Authentication Board (FRAB) documents - Engaging with the project office for applicable documents including DD1423's, Security DD Form 254, Independent Government Cost Estimates, RSCA's and Government Property - Contractor requests will be reviewed, an analysis determined and a response back to the ACC. - Administering all areas and submitting to the ACC findings, guidance and in some cases, concurrence prior to t...
