Your Impact: The Executive Talent Acquisition- Recruiter is primarily responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Director and Senior Director roles across a wide range of corporate functions—including Technology, Finance, HR, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations. In addition to leading recruitment for these key leadership positions, the role will also support executive recruiting efforts for highly specialized, niche non-officer roles that are critical to the enterprise. This includes building targeted sourcing strategies, developing pipelines of exceptional talent, and identifying future officer-level potential.
