Reporting to the Divisional Controller - Arrowhead Intermediaries of Brown & Brown Insurance, the Controller - Arrowhead Specialty will have ownership of all aspects of the month-end close, internal controls, and accounting projects and support for profit centers within the Specialty division. How You Will Contribute: Establish a transition of Specialty accounting functions to a standalone that adheres to B&B standards, controls and reporting deadlines. Provide strategic and operational leadership for all day‑to‑day accounting functions across the Specialty division, including hiring, training, developing, and retaining high‑performing accounting teammates. Lead and direct accounting operations for assigned legacy or newly acquired offices, ensuring consistent application of corporate accounting policies and standardized processes across assigned profit centers.
