Job description

The Collections Research Analyst audits aged orders for accuracy, confirms past-due status, and partners with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support commission corrections, and drive timely cash collection. - Maintain accurate vendor files by processing timely additions and corrections, completing reconciliations, and preparing write-offs as needed. - Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts; monitor status, identify blockers, and take appropriate action to prevent or resolve collection delays. - Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to share updates, align on next steps, and ensure end-to-end account ownership and visibility. - Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare routine and custom reports to support collections outcomes and decision-making. - Meet the physical requirements outlined below. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Education: - High school diploma or GED required. - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Preferred field of study: Accounting or Finance.
