Financial Services Representative (hybrid)

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide a prompt customer experience with excellent verbal/written communication skills to deliver satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of inquiries received via email, web forms, and other digital communication sources. - Utilize institutional knowledge and templates to construct a concise and personalized response to our customers, while educating them on their financial journey and self-service options available on www.Northwell.edu. - Document each customer's inquiry and utilize various trackers/systems to maintain patient account information. - Execute timely and consistent follow up on accounts by leveraging tools and resources provided to you in addition to demonstrating personal organizational skills. · - Review and resolve accounts across multiple reports and worklist pools on a regular basis. - Act as a liaison across several Northwell Health departments, insurance providers, and other third parties. - Maintain Service Level Agreements and satisfactory Key Performance Indicators to ensure both team and individual customer satisfaction goals are met. - Supports other areas of Financial Services and provides backup in-bound phone coverage when neede...
