BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager/Home Care RN for our Pennsauken, NJ home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Burlington County. As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this! If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following qualifications, this could be your perfect fit: - Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. - Visit our Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments in Burlington, Ocean, Camden Counties - Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. - Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field. - Facilitate new hire orientation. - Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. - RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience - Strong clinical skills; home care experience a plus - Passion for mentoring and staff development - Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule - Supervisory experience preferred Why You'll Love This Opportunity: Base Salary: $85,000- $90,000 / year depending on qualifications with bonus opportunity depending on office KPI goals - Award-Winning Workplace: Proud to be recognized by News...
