Job Description: We are looking for a Personalisation Engineer who will be focusing on creating onsite personalisation experiences, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you will take ownership of building and deploying experiments from brief through to launch, partnering closely with our optimisation and strategy team.
