OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead initiatives centered around ServiceNow presales, prototypes, and solution delivery across multiple projects and programs. This role focuses on strategic leadership, enabling innovation through collaboration with architects, developing compelling demos and prototypes, and aligning solutions with customer needs and business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to drive IT modernization and deliver transformative solutions, manage the launch of new offerings, and support marketing and documentation of new solutions.
