JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact pleasantly with guests when moving through the dining room - Clear used items from tables - Wipe tabletops and chairs, using damp cloth - Mop and sweep floors - Stocking products as needed - Ensure that stock delivered from warehouse is put away in proper storage areas in a timely manner - Maintain work area is in a safe condition, taking care of spills and other hazards as necessary - Maintain a neat and sanitary appearance of assigned work - Inform Supervisor /Manager of any situations that arise or need immediate attention Know the hours/days of operation: Build relationships with customers demonstrating excellent service skills Accommodate the needs and requests of any guest Complete a task, even if overtime is involv...
