Job description

As a Facilities Operations Technician V – Electrical , you will lead and guide the reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance of mission-critical electrical systems within hyperscale data centers. In this role, you will apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex issues, support high-impact events, and help guide upgrades, standards, and operational improvements that protect uptime. Eligibility and Location Requirements: This position requires U.S. citizenship and is located onsite in Saline, Michigan. Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle's relocation policies. Key Responsibilities: Define, maintain, and improve electrical standards for high-availability infrastructure, including switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, grounding, and distribution systems. Lead complex troubleshooting, power quality analysis, incident investigations, and root cause analysis for high-impact or recurring events. Provide technical guidance for upgrades, retrofits, and expansions, including design review, commissioning support, and operational acceptance processes.
