Key duties include assisting with and monitoring open encounters , Tracers (JACHO preparedness) , and time review , as well as covering call-ins when needed. It would be ideal for the candidate to be proficient with front desk check-in and back-office/rooming workflows. The schedule for this role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM . Job Summary: Administers prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and maintains related medical records. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Presents medication to patient and observes ingestion or administers medication using specified procedures. - Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to medication, and reports reactions. - Restocks medication inventories. - May provide direct patient care.
