What You'll Do: In this role, you’ll report directly to our Head of Talent and Employee Engagement (TEE), supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of high-visibility people initiatives. The Talent and Employee Engagement team leads programs across several core focus areas—talent management, learning and development (L&D), inclusion and belonging (I&B), and employee experience—all designed to support employee growth and engagement across the company. You’ll work closely with each member of the TEE team to help coordinate and deliver these initiatives, providing essential programmatic and project management support across the team’s work.
