Job description

The Revenue Cycle Application Analyst III has the primary responsibility to configure and provide advanced functional and technical support for the set of Epic applications to a variety of business and clinical users. In addition, he/she is responsible to collaborate with business partners to understand the workflow and its interdependencies and make corrective system adjustments or enhancements considering best practices. This role is the central point of communication for an assigned set of business partners and coordinates all activities on behalf of the Revenue Cycle Application Support team. This role works closely with business leaders to spearhead the process, project planning, and implementation for the application module(s). This role is the functional and technical Subject Matter Expert on the associated application(s) and workflow. They demonstrate a skilled understanding of the Epic application/technology and enterprise processes (integrated workflows) and collaborate closely with all associated application and operational teams to drive a holistic and world class solution.
