This position is an immensely critical element in the performance of Human Resource initiatives. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the university. The Human Resources Business Partner maintains an effective level of business literacy about the unit level operations, their personnel needs, talent development and acquisition and organizational structures.
