A Little More About The role: The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. This role focuses on executing a disciplined sales process, maintaining strong broker engagement, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory. You will: ● Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines. ● Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive consistent quoting activity. ● Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups. ● Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. ● Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes. ● Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM s...
