Overview The Accounts Payable IV position oversees daily operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role serves as one of the primary points of contact for AP team members, provides guidance on complex issues, drives process improvements, and supports month-end close activities. The AP IV position collaborates cross-functionally with procurement, finance, operations, and external suppliers to maintain strong internal controls and support efficient financial operations. This role should maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. May be required to work overtime Responsibilities: · Receive, review, and process invoices for goods and services. · Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies. · Facilitate weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and review payment batches for accuracy. · Oversee accurate entry, coding, and matching of invoices and credit memos in the Oracle ERP system. · Help manage the AP Inbox and distribute tasks to team members. · Decision positive pay exceptions. · Void and/or reissue checks. · Support financial teams and int...
