Overview Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 8am - 6pm Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital, one of the region’s leading providers of inpatient and outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that individuals entering our care receive timely, clinically appropriate, and compassionate support from the moment they reach out for help. The Admissions Counselor is responsible for facilitating the admissions process, conducting clinical intake assessments, and performing utilization review activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care and determining the most appropriate level of treatment for each patient. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a social services field required (if permitted by state regulations) - Master’s degree preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, sociology, health administration, nursing, or a related social services field; RN also preferred - One or more years of experience in mental or behavioral health working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity preferred - Strong a...
