May supervise and/or specialize in planning, permitting, inspecting, and documenting storm water management related tasks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Managed or specialized tasks may be performed in the field, or in an office. Actions and decisions are administered under well-established guidelines and are monitored by a second level manager or an executive.
